ELEM-Entry NY Founder Oren Heiman & activist Tal Shapsa have been living in this newly renovated building, with its famous tri- directional views to Lincoln Center, Central Park and Columbus Circle. "Tal and I grew up on home-cooked, healthy food and we will try to capture the influence of our grandparents’ backgrounds from Romania, Morocco and Poland in flavors and dishes we will serve."
